Haha, give you some heads up, that never works, I mean I had an old design site and I tryed to open it back up after closing it for about 3 weeks, I ended up getting like 25 members in 1 month  But I closed it, good luck to you though! |

A forum for advertising? That sounds like a good idea.
Just be sure to limit what categories people make their sites about..
make sure nobody posts a dirty website, or something or other.
